Short answer: Yes, you can order personalized NFC business cards from Pocket Factory by email. Send your logo (or website), the link the card should open, the finish and the quantity to bryton@getpocketfactory.com. We reply with a mockup and a buy link at the regular price: $19 for one card, up to $399 for 50 in white matte.

How do I order personalized NFC cards by email?

To order personalized NFC cards by email, email bryton@getpocketfactory.com with the quantity, colors, orientation, front and back text, and the link the card should open. We reply with a mockup and a ready-to-buy link at the listed price, and you just check out. If you would rather see your NFC business card with your logo right away, you can design it yourself instead.

What should I include in my email?

  1. Your business name and website, or your logo file (PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF).
  2. The one link the card should open: Google reviews, website, booking page, Instagram or a pay link.
  3. Card color and finish: white or black, matte or glossy.
  4. How many cards, and whether different cards need different links.
  5. Anything special: brand colors, a tagline, a deadline.

What happens after I email?

  1. We send a mockup of your card.
  2. You reply with changes or approve it.
  3. We send a buy link for the right pack. You pay online with card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or Google Pay.
  4. We print, program, lock and ship. Ships in 3–5 business days, with free standard shipping in the U.S.

When is ordering by email the better choice?

  • Larger orders (10, 25 or 50 cards) or teams that need several links
  • You don't have a website and only have a logo file or photo
  • You want a person to check the design before you pay

Can I order NFC cards by email instead of the website?

Yes. Email your logo or website, your link and quantity to bryton@getpocketfactory.com and we reply with a mockup and a buy link.

Does an email order cost more?

No. You pay the same listed pack price, from $19 for one card.

Do I have to pay before seeing a mockup?

No. You see the mockup first and get a buy link once you approve it.

Is there a subscription?

No. Every Pocket Factory card is a one-time purchase. The card opens your link directly, so there is no app, account or monthly fee to keep it working.

Which phones work?

It works on iPhone XS or newer and NFC Android, with the QR backup: a printed QR backup is included by default, and most phone cameras can scan it.

Can I change the link later?

Cards ship locked so the link can't be erased or overwritten. Pick a link you control. If it changes, send us the new one and we reuse your design on new cards.

Do the cards need a battery?

No battery or charging is needed. The phone powers the NFC chip when it taps the card.

What if my card arrives wrong or defective?

We replace wrong or defective cards within 365 days.

Where do the cards ship from?

Cards ship from the USA. Ships in 3–5 business days, with free standard shipping or $10 expedited.
