Terms of service

By purchasing from Pocket Factory, you agree to these terms.

Pocket Factory produces custom physical cards and related products based on customer-provided information, publicly available business assets, or design information collected during the ordering process.

Product previews and mockups are illustrative. Final production designs may be adjusted for alignment, legibility, print quality, manufacturing requirements, and overall Pocket Factory quality standards.

Customers are responsible for confirming that submitted URLs, destinations, names, logos, and other information are accurate and that they have the right to use any materials they provide.

NFC programming and locking: PocketCards may be programmed and permanently locked before delivery. Once permanently locked, the programmed NFC destination may not be directly editable by the customer. If a customer later wants a different destination, Pocket Factory may, at its discretion, offer replacement cards, reprogramming where technically possible, or another solution for an additional fee. Availability and pricing depend on the product and situation.

Pocket Factory does not guarantee that third-party websites, review platforms, social networks, booking systems, or other destinations will remain available or unchanged.

Custom products are generally final sale once production begins. Problems are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Any advertised turnaround times, promotions, or special offers are subject to availability, production capacity, material availability, and other reasonable operational limitations unless specifically stated otherwise.

Pocket Factory may refuse, cancel, or modify an order when reasonably necessary due to technical limitations, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, prohibited content, or other operational issues. If Pocket Factory cancels a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Text Messages (SMS)

Pocket Factory text messages are optional. If you sign up on our Text Messages page (https://getpocketfactory.com/pages/text-messages), we may text you order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and replies to questions you sent us. We do not send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or email bryton@getpocketfactory.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.
