Shipping policy

Pocket Factory products are custom-made and require production time before shipment.

Most standard orders are expected to be produced and shipped within approximately 3–5 business days, although custom requests, high order volume, material availability, holidays, or other production factors may cause delays.

Holiday orders (U.S.): order by Tuesday, Dec 8 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Most standard orders are expected to be produced and shipped within approximately 3–5 business days; delays are possible.

Delivery time after shipment depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is purchased.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
