Pocket Factory: Your business logo on a card. Tap it, it opens your link. The link can be your website, Instagram, Google reviews, booking page, menu or pay link. It's an NFC card with an NTAG215 chip, pre-programmed with your URL, from $19, and you can order just one, with no app or subscription.

Why there's production time

Every order is made to order. We check your design and destination before production. Special requests, high order volume, material availability, holidays or other production factors may cause delays.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed shipping service is purchased.

Your address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit

How long does it take?

When should I order for Christmas?

Holiday orders (U.S.): order by Tuesday, Dec 8 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. That date allows 5 business days of production, 2 business days of buffer, and the U.S. Postal Service's recommended Dec 17 holiday send-by date for standard mail in the lower 48 states. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories can take longer in transit, so order earlier.

Can I return a personalized card?

Pocket Factory cards are personalized for each customer, so sales are generally final once production has begun, and personalized items can't normally be returned because you changed your mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the approved order details, or otherwise has a problem, contact us and we'll review it and work with you in good faith toward a reasonable solution. Refunds and replacements are not automatic and are handled case by case.
