A barber booking card is one card with your shop logo, pre-programmed with your booking link: a client taps it with their phone and your Booksy, Squire or Square page opens. The rebook happens in the chair or not at all
Most clients mean to book their next cut. The problem is timing: once they're out the door, "I'll book later" turns into a DM, a missed call or a walk-in somewhere else. The best moment is while you're brushing them off and they're looking at the mirror. A card on your station lets them tap, see your open times and pick one in under a minute, with you right there to answer "what's your Saturday like?"

Paste the link into a phone browser that isn't logged in as you. If it shows your services and open times, that's the link for the card.

Per-chair cards matter because a client who taps the shop link has to find their barber again. A barber's own link drops them straight into that barber's calendar.

Where the card goes and what to say
The line that fills next month's book, said while you're brushing them off:
"Want the same time in three weeks? Tap here and grab it."
- On the station, by the mirror: where the client looks at the end of the cut. A small stand or taped flat on the counter both work.
- In your hand at checkout: hold it out with the line above, so the tap happens before they reach for their keys.
- For first-time clients: "If you liked it, tap this to book with me next time. It goes straight to my calendar."
A separate Google review card by the register can do the review ask; see Google review cards for barbershops. Keep the two jobs on two cards, so the booking tap never lands on a review page.

FAQ
Can a tap card open my Booksy booking page?
Yes. Copy your share link in the Booksy Biz app (Profile, then Share Profile) and use it as the card's link. Each barber can use their own staff link.
Should every barber in the shop get their own card?
If clients usually stay with one barber, yes. Each card opens that barber's own booking link. Three Pocket Factory cards are $39 and five are $59.
Will the card still work if I switch from Booksy to Squire?
The card keeps opening the link it was programmed with. If you might switch apps, program the card with a page on your own website that holds your current booking link, so you only update the page.
Do clients need the Booksy app to book from the card?
The card opens the link in the phone's browser. Booksy's help center says clients can book through its QR code even without the Booksy for Customers app; test your own link on a phone without the app to be sure.
Does the card work on iPhone and Android?
It opens on iPhone XS and newer and on NFC-enabled Android phones without an app. Add the QR backup for phones that don't read NFC.
Can I change the link later?
No. Each card ships locked, so the link can't be erased or overwritten. If your link changes, order new cards with the new link.
