Your business logo on a card. Tap it, it opens your link. For a barbershop, the link is your Google review form: the barber hands the card over after the final mirror check, the client taps it and the review page opens on their phone. Pocket Factory makes it as one card with your logo, pre-programmed with your link, $19 for one, no subscription: an NTAG215 NFC card with an optional QR backup, no app for anyone to download, and free U.S. shipping.
A Google review card for barbershops is a small tap card with your shop's logo that opens your Google review form when a client taps it with their phone. It works best as one card per chair, handed over right after the final mirror check, while the client still likes what they see. Pocket Factory makes them from $19, paid once, with a QR backup and a preview of your logo and colors before you buy.

What to put by the barber chair to get more Google reviews
Put a small tap card with your shop's logo by each barber chair, programmed with your Google review link, so the barber can hand it over right after the mirror check. The client taps it with their phone (or scans the QR on the back) and your review form opens. Here's where it works best:
- At each station: Tucked by the mirror or the tool tray so the barber can hand it over after the reveal.
- At the register: In a small holder next to the card reader, for clients who pay up front.
- Not only in the waiting area: A card on the bench gets looked at before the cut, which is the wrong moment.
What barbers can say
- "Glad you like it. If you've got ten seconds, tap this and leave us a Google review. Helps us a lot."
- "New clients find us on Google. If you want to help, just tap your phone here."
- For a station sign: "Tap or scan to review us on Google."
If a client's phone doesn't react to the tap, they scan the QR on the same card.
Booth renters and individual barbers
If barbers rent chairs and build their own clientele, each one may want a card pointing at their own booking page or Instagram instead of the shop's Google page. Each batch has its own purpose and design, so you can order review cards for the shop and booking cards for individual barbers in the same cart.
Keep it within Google's rules
Offer the card to every client, and don't trade discounts, free lineups or product for reviews. Google prohibits incentivized reviews (Google's policy on incentivized reviews). When you reply, thank people by first name only if they used it, and take complaints to a phone call or DM.
What the card opens
Your shop's Google write-a-review link. You don't need to find it: give us the shop name and location and we find it and confirm it before production. Here's how a pre-programmed NFC card that opens your URL works.
How to set up review cards for your shop
Step 1: Choose the review card
Open the Pocket Factory Google review card page and enter your shop's website or Instagram so your logo and colors load.
Step 2: Give us your shop name and location
Or paste your Google review link. We confirm the right link before production.
Step 3: Pick one card per chair
Plus one for the register if clients pay at the front.
Step 4: Test it on day one
Tap with an iPhone and an Android phone. It should open the review form directly.
Step 5: Ask after the mirror check
Every barber uses the same short line, every client.
Good to know before you order: Pocket Factory cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards. Details: Can I change the link on my card?.

FAQ
What is a Google review card for a barbershop?
A small NFC card with your shop's logo that opens your Google review form when a client taps it with their phone. It can carry a QR backup on the back.
Do clients need an app?
No. An NFC-enabled iPhone (XS or newer) or Android phone opens the link from a tap, and the QR covers the rest.
Can the card point to my booking page instead?
Yes. Choose Booking as the card purpose when you order. Each card opens one link.
Do the cards need charging?
No. The phone powers the NFC chip when it taps.
Can I give a free lineup for a review?
No. Google prohibits incentives for reviews. Ask every client the same way, with nothing in exchange.
Can I change the link later?
No. Pocket Factory cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards.
What should I put by the barber chair to get more Google reviews?
A small NFC card with your shop's logo and a QR backup that opens your Google review form. Keep one at each chair so the barber can hand it over after the cut, and ask every client the same way, with no discount or freebie in return.
