An NFC card that opens your Yelp page: Pocket Factory prints your logo on one card, pre-programmed with a direct link to your Yelp business page, for a $19 one-time payment for one card, no subscription. It opens any URL you choose, so the tap goes straight to your listing, where people see your photos, menu, hours and directions, check in or bookmark you, and it ships from the USA. Use it as "Find us on Yelp", not as a review request: Yelp's own rules tell businesses not to ask for reviews. That difference matters, because many "Yelp review cards" are sold for exactly what Yelp says not to do.
Pocket Factory: Your business logo on a card. Tap it, it opens your link. The link can be your website, Instagram, Google reviews, booking page, menu or pay link. It's an NFC card with an NTAG215 chip, pre-programmed with your URL, from $19, and you can order just one, with no app or subscription.
Yelp's rule: don't ask for reviews
Yelp's support page Don't Ask for Reviews says businesses shouldn't ask anyone to review them: not customers, mailing list subscribers, friends or family. It also says staff shouldn't compete to collect reviews, you shouldn't ask for a Yelp review after a survey or feedback form, and you can't offer freebies or discounts for reviews. Yelp says its recommendation software tries to spot reviews that look requested and may not recommend them, so asking can work against you.
So the card should never say "Review us on Yelp", and staff shouldn't hand it over with "leave us a review". What's left is useful on its own: helping people find your Yelp page, the same way a sticker in the window does.
What the card is good for
- Takeout and delivery menus: "See our full menu and photos on Yelp" on a counter card.
- New customers who ask about you: hand over the card and your hours, photos and directions open on their phone.
- Trade shows and markets: people who want to look you up later can bookmark your Yelp page on the spot.
- Front desk of a service business: your Yelp page shows hours, services and location in one place. (Hotels and B&Bs often give the front desk its own card for the guest guide instead: see NFC card for a hotel front desk that opens your guest guide.)
Wording that fits Yelp's rules: "Find us on Yelp", "Check us out on Yelp", "See our menu and photos on Yelp". What to say out loud: "If you want our hours and menu on your phone, tap here. It opens our Yelp page." Nothing about stars or reviews.
If reviews are the goal, use Google instead: Google lets businesses ask customers for reviews (as long as there's no incentive), and a Google review card is made for that. Many shops use a Google review card at checkout and a "Find us on Yelp" card for the menu or the window.

Prices from each seller's own product page, checked October 18, 2026, 10:41–10:44 PM ET.
| Card | Price | How it's marketed | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Locovery NFC Yelp Reviews Card | $19.99 for 1, $44.99 for 3, $59.99 for 5 | For Yelp reviews | Opens your Yelp profile; Locovery also sets up a profile in its own app |
| Review Highway Yelp Review Cards | $39.90 to $59.90 | For Yelp reviews | Sends people to your Yelp review page, which is the use Yelp's policy rules out |
| OCCASORIA NFC card | $14.99 stock design, $18.99 with your logo | Any link, including Yelp | QR on every card; link can be changed with the free NFC Tools app |
| Tap Tag plastic tap card with your design | $29.95 (checked on taptag.shop October 19, 2026, 4:11 AM ET) | Any website, including Yelp | Your design printed, optional QR; redirect to any URL and change it from Tap Tag's free dashboard; no subscription |
| Pocket Factory | $19 one-time matte, $21 glossy (1 card) | Opens the link you choose | Your logo and colors, QR backup included by default, ships locked |
Honest take: if you want the cheapest U.S. card that opens your Yelp page and might switch the link later, OCCASORIA's $14.99 stock design is cheaper and can be reprogrammed; if you want your own design and a link you can change from a dashboard, Tap Tag's $29.95 card does that. Whichever card you buy, set it up to open your Yelp business page and word it as "Find us on Yelp". A card labeled "Review us on Yelp" invites exactly the kind of review Yelp's software may filter out.
How to set up a card that opens your Yelp page
Step 1: Find your Yelp page link
Search for your business in the Yelp app or on yelp.com, open your listing, tap Share and copy the link. It looks like yelp.com/biz/your-business-name.
Step 2: Check your listing first
Make sure your hours, photos, menu and address are current in Yelp for Business, since that's what people will see.
Step 3: Order the card
On the Pocket Factory card page, enter your website so your logo and colors load, and paste your Yelp page link as the card's link. Print wording like "Find us on Yelp" on the card, not a review request.
Step 4: Test it
Tap the card with an iPhone (XS or newer) and an Android phone with NFC on. Your Yelp page should open. iPhones read the tag in the background with no app and show a notification to open the link (Apple: Adding Support for Background Tag Reading).
Step 5: Place it where people look for info
By the takeout menus, at the host stand, in the window or at your booth. Don't hand it over as a review ask.

Good to know before you order: Pocket Factory cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards. Details: Can I change the link on my card?.
Your Yelp page link stays the same as long as your listing does, which makes it a good fit for a card that can't be changed. More on how a pre-programmed NFC card that opens your URL works.

FAQ
Is it against Yelp's rules to have a card that opens my Yelp page?
Pointing people to your Yelp page is fine. What Yelp's support page tells businesses not to do is ask for reviews, so word the card as "Find us on Yelp" and don't ask customers to review you.
Can I use the card to ask for Yelp reviews?
No. Yelp says not to ask anyone for reviews, and its software may not recommend reviews that look requested. If you want to ask for reviews, use a Google review card; Google allows asking as long as there's no incentive.
What should the card say?
Something like "Find us on Yelp" or "See our menu and photos on Yelp". Avoid stars, "review us" or any offer.
Where do I get my Yelp page link?
Open your business on Yelp, tap Share and copy the link. It looks like yelp.com/biz/your-business-name.
Do customers need the Yelp app?
No. The page opens in the phone's browser, or in the Yelp app if they already have it.
Can I change the link later?
No. Pocket Factory cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards.
