From your words
Change anything:
Matte is soft, with no shine. Glossy is shiny. Both work the same way.
The plastic card under your design: only its edge shows.
Bigger or smaller. It always stays clear of the card’s edges.
A shared card. Buy it as it is, or make it yours and change anything, even where a tap goes. The shared card stays as it was.
Where should a tap go?
Tap it on a phone. Your link opens. No app needed. A printed QR backup is included by default.
Nothing to pick here for a contact card. Pick one below only if a tap should open something else.

Your cards open this link, so Buy waits for it.

- On your Business Profile, tap Ask for reviews. On a computer, choose Read reviews, then Get more reviews.
- Copy the link and paste it above.
No Google Business Profile yet? Choose “Website” above: your cards open your website.

The plumber’s guide
One card, one job, after every call
A Pocket Factory card looks like a business card, with your logo on the front and an NFC chip inside.
Hold it near a client’s phone and your link opens. A printed QR backup is included by default and opens the same link.
Each card opens one link, set before it ships. Pick its job: Google reviews, your contact details or your booking page.
Get the Google review before you leave the driveway
The best time to ask is at the end of the job, while the client can still see the work.
Hand them the card and ask: “Would you leave us a Google review? Just tap this on your phone.”
Your review page opens. Nobody has to search for your company or guess which listing is yours.
Ask every client the same way for an honest review. Don’t offer a discount for one: Google’s rules don’t allow it.
On the job
- No review link yet? The free Google review link generator finds it.
- Ask the person who called you out. They saw the problem and the fix.
- Client in a hurry? Leave the card. It opens the same page later.
Leave one where the next leak starts
When water shows up again, people look where the last problem was. Leave a card there, so your company is the first name they see.
For these spots, a Contact card works well: one tap shares your company’s phone number and details.
Good spots
- On or beside the water heater, clear of the burner, the flue and hot pipes.
- Inside the cabinet door under the kitchen or bathroom sink.
- Next to the main water shutoff or the sump pump.
Make the emergency call easy
With water on the floor, nobody wants to search for a plumber. A Contact card puts your number in their phone before that night comes.
One tap opens your contact details, and they choose to save them. We make the contact file before production.
In your contact details
- Put the number you answer after hours first.
- Add your company name, so they find you by it.
- Say in the notes when you take emergency calls.
Let them book the next visit
Some work comes back on a schedule: water heater flushes, drain maintenance, backflow tests. A Booking card opens your online booking page.
Links are set once and cards ship locked, so use a booking link you control and plan to keep.
Before you order
- Open your booking link on your own phone first.
- No booking page? A Website card can open your quote or contact page.
Keep a stack in the truck
Cards live where you work: the glovebox, the door pocket, the clipboard. There’s no battery and nothing to charge.
Each card ships in a protective sleeve. Keep spares in it, so they stay clean in a work truck.
Your techs can each carry cards. Every card in a design opens the same link, so reviews land on the company’s page.
For a crew
- Packs of 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 25 or 50 cards.
- Order one design for every van, or a design for each job the card does.
What to put on the front and back
-
Front: your company, the way people know it
Your logo, as on your van and invoices, so the card matches.
Pick a Light, Dark or brand color background, horizontal or vertical. A white or light logo stands out on Dark.
There’s no separate line for a phone or license number. To share your number, make it a Contact card.
-
Back: the tap symbol and a QR code
The back has the tap symbol. A printed QR backup is included by default, and it opens the same link.
Works on iPhone XS or newer and NFC Android phones; a printed QR backup covers everything else.
Questions
Plumbers ask
-
Which card should a plumber start with?
For more Google reviews, start with a Review card. For repeat calls, a Contact card shares your number.
You can order both designs in the same order.
-
Do homeowners need an app?
No. Works on iPhone XS or newer and NFC Android phones; a printed QR backup covers everything else.
-
Can I change the link after the cards arrive?
No. Links are set once and cards ship locked. We check your design and link before production.
Your Google review link comes from your Google Business Profile, so use the profile you’ll keep.
-
How much do the cards cost?
From $19 for one card, paid once. No subscription or monthly fee. Packs of 2 to 50 cost less per card.
-
How fast do the cards ship?
Free standard shipping. Ships in 3–5 business days. Express: made and shipped the next business day, $10. Pick it at checkout.
-
Can each technician have their own card?
Yes. Each design is its own line in your cart, with its own pack.
To build the company’s reviews, point every design at the same review page.
-
What if a client’s phone doesn’t react to a tap?
They scan the QR code on the back with their phone’s camera. It opens the same link.
-
Can I see how many people tap it?
No. The card doesn’t count taps, and there’s no dashboard. Your Google Business Profile shows your new reviews.
-
What if a card doesn’t work when it arrives?
Call us at (888) 218-9635 and we’ll fix it. It works on arrival, or we fix or replace it.
