What do you send us? Just your booking page link and any preferences: a light, dark or brand-color card, matte or glossy. We pull in your logo and colors, design the card and program the NFC chip, and you see a preview before you buy. Do people need an app? No. A tap with an iPhone XS or newer or an NFC-enabled Android phone opens your link. A printed QR code backup comes on the back by default for phones that can't tap (tell us if you want a tap-only back). Can the link change later? No. Cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and no battery or charging is needed. If your link changes later, send us the new one and we'll reuse your design on new cards.
How the Booking NFC card works
- Give us your booking link and your preferences on this page. We pull in your logo and colors and design your card, and you see a preview before you pick a pack and finish.
- We print your logo, program the card with that link and check it before production.
- Clients tap the card with their phone and your booking page opens, so they can book the next visit before they leave.

Which booking tools does it work with?
Any booking page that has a web link, for example Calendly, Square Appointments, Vagaro, Booksy or a booking page on your own site.
What if my booking link changes later?
Cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten. No battery or charging is needed. Send us the new link and we'll reuse your design on new cards.
Can I order just one card with my logo?
Yes. There is no minimum order, so you never need to buy a box of 500. One card with your logo is $19 matte or $21 glossy, a one-time price with no subscription. Packs of 2 to 50 cost less per card, and U.S. shipping is free.
Do clients need an app?
No special app is needed on NFC-enabled phones, and the printed QR backup works with a compatible smartphone camera or QR scanner.

Something wrong with your cards?
Works on arrival. If your card doesn’t open your link when it arrives, call or text (888) 218-9635 and we’ll fix it. If they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you approved, email us and we’ll work with you on a fix, such as a redesign or replacement.

What happens when someone taps the card?
On a compatible NFC-enabled phone, a tap opens your chosen destination — a review page, booking page, social profile, website or contact details. The phone may ask them to open a link.
Does the customer need an app?
No special app is needed on compatible phones. Cards come with the Tap + QR back by default at no extra cost, so a phone that can't tap can scan the QR code to open the same link.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Pocket Factory cards are a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription, and nothing for your customers to download.

Will I see my design before it’s made?
Yes. You’ll see your card preview here before checkout. We then check your artwork and destination before production and contact you if anything needs confirming.
What do I need to send you?
