Customize your NFC cards with Pocket Factory →
Your business logo on a card. Tap it, it opens your link. For a realtor, the link is the page that always shows your current listings: buyers at a showing or open house tap the card and your listings open on their phone. Pocket Factory makes it as one card with your logo, pre-programmed with your link, $19 for one, no subscription: an NTAG215 NFC card with an optional QR backup, no app for anyone to download, and free U.S. shipping.
Yes, you can buy an NFC card that comes already programmed to open your listings page, with no subscription, one card at a time. The trick for realtors is the link: put the page that always shows your current listings on the card (your website's listings page, your brokerage agent profile or a link-in-bio page), not one property's URL, so the card stays right after each sale. Pocket Factory makes it for $19 with your logo on it, pre-programmed and tap-tested. Cheaper or editable options exist too: Tap Tag's Classic Card ($3.95 to $11.95, Tap Tag branded) and Link Tap's white card ($15, plus $5 if they program it) let you change the link in a dashboard, and Wave Connect's card with your design ($41 to $52) opens a Wave digital profile. What should the card open?
A buyer at an open house wants to see what else you have. A seller at a listing appointment wants to see how you market homes. One page answers both, so choose the page that always shows your current inventory:
- Your own website's listings or search page. Best option if you have one. It's your brand, and you control what's on it.
- Your agent profile on your brokerage's site. Good if it lists your active listings and your contact details. The risk: the URL changes if you switch brokerages.
- A link-in-bio page you edit yourself. Put "Current listings", "Search homes", "Book a showing" and "Text me" on one page and change the buttons whenever you like.
Avoid a single listing URL (it sells), a portal search link with long tracking parameters, and any page that makes visitors register before they see homes. If you want reviews instead, use the Google review card for real estate agents at closing; many agents carry both.
Does a listings card collect buyer leads?
Opening your listings page does not automatically give you the visitor's name, phone number or email. Pocket Factory does not include tap analytics or a lead-capture dashboard. If you want inquiries, put an optional showing-request or contact form on the page and explain what submitting it does. A buyer can browse without becoming a lead; follow-up starts when they choose to contact you or share their details.

How to set up a realtor NFC card that opens your listings
Step 1: Pick one link that won't go stale
Use the page that always shows your current inventory: the listings or property-search page on your own agent website, your agent profile on your brokerage's site (if it lists your active listings), or a link-in-bio page you edit yourself. Don't put a single property's URL on a card you'll hand out for years; that listing will sell.
Step 2: Test the link like a stranger would
Open it in a private browser window on your phone. It should load fast, show your listings near the top, and not ask the visitor to log in or register before they can see anything.
Step 3: Order the card with that link
Upload your logo (or your brokerage-approved mark), paste the link, pick matte or glossy and check the design preview. Add the QR backup so buyers whose phones don't read NFC can scan instead. If your brokerage or state requires the brokerage name on marketing materials, include it in the design.
Step 4: Tap-test it when it arrives
Tap the card on an iPhone (XS or newer) and on an Android phone with NFC turned on. Both should open your listings page with no app.
Step 5: Keep the page current, not the card
When listings change, update the page. The card keeps opening the same link, so it stays right as long as the page does.
When someone taps the card, their phone opens the link in the browser. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards without an app (Apple's Core NFC documentation); Android phones need NFC turned on (Android's NFC documentation). Phones without NFC can scan the QR backup instead (see phone has no NFC? Use the QR backup).
When Tap Tag, Link Tap or Wave is the better buy
- Tap Tag if you want the lowest price and the ability to change the link any time, and you don't mind Tap Tag branding on the card. Free tracked U.S. shipping starts at $30.
- Link Tap if you want a plain white card that ships in one business day and an online dashboard to edit the destination. Budget $15 + $5 programming + $4.99 shipping for one programmed card.
- Wave Connect if you want a full digital business card (contact details, several links) with your design on the card, and you're fine paying more and setting up a profile.
When Pocket Factory is the better buy
- You want your logo on the card so it looks like part of your brand at showings and open houses.
- You want it to arrive ready: programmed with your listings link and tap-tested, with no app, account or dashboard to set up.
- You want just one card, or a few for a team, at a one-time price with free U.S. shipping.
The trade-off: our card opens one link, not an editable profile. It ships locked, so that link can't be erased or overwritten, and it keeps working for years. A page you control is still the easiest link to keep current. If your link ever changes, see Can I change the link on my card?.

FAQ
Is there an NFC card for realtors that comes pre-programmed with my listings page?
Yes. Pocket Factory programs one link of your choice, such as your listings page, and tap-tests it before it ships: $19 for one card with your logo ($21 glossy), no subscription. Link Tap will program its white card for $5 per link on top of the $15 card. Prices checked October 17, 2026, 5:06–5:07 AM ET.
Should the card open one listing or all my listings?
All of them. A single listing sells and the card goes stale. Use your website's listings page, your brokerage agent profile or a link-in-bio page you edit, so the card stays correct after every sale.
Can I change the link on the card later?
On Tap Tag, Link Tap and Wave you edit the destination in their dashboard or app. Pocket Factory cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards. Pointing the card at a page you control also works.
Do buyers need an app to tap the card?
No. iPhone XS and newer and NFC-enabled Android phones open the link in the browser. Phones without NFC can scan the QR backup on the card.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not for these cards. Tap Tag, Link Tap and Pocket Factory are one-time purchases. Wave's card works on its free plan, with an optional paid Pro plan.
