What happens after you order
We check your design and link, and email you if anything needs confirming. Then we program, tap-test and lock each card. Most standard orders are expected to be produced and shipped within approximately 3–5 business days; delays are possible.
Something wrong with your cards?
Works on arrival. If your card doesn’t open your link when it arrives, call or text (888) 218-9635 and we’ll fix it. If they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you approved, email us and we’ll work with you on a fix, such as a redesign or replacement.

What happens when someone taps the card?
On a compatible NFC-enabled phone, a tap opens your chosen destination — a review page, booking page, social profile, website or contact details. The phone may ask them to open a link.
Does the customer need an app?
No special app is needed on compatible phones. Cards come with the Tap + QR back by default at no extra cost, so a phone that can't tap can scan the QR code to open the same link.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Pocket Factory cards are a one-time purchase. There’s no subscription, and nothing for your customers to download.
How fast will my cards ship?
Most standard orders are expected to be produced and shipped within approximately 3–5 business days; delays are possible. U.S. shipping is free. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier. Will I see my design before it’s made?
Yes. You’ll see your card preview here before checkout. We then check your artwork and destination before production and contact you if anything needs confirming.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call our toll-free line, (888) 218-9635. An AI assistant answers (it tells you it’s an AI), quotes prices, answers questions, and can email you a personalized preview link of your card to check out from. Prefer to do it yourself? What do I need to send you?
Your link and any preferences. We handle the branding and the design, and we confirm the link with you before production if anything’s unclear. Want to see your card first? Email your website to bryton@getpocketfactory.com for a free mockup link.

We’ll contact you before production to confirm the right destination.
What if something’s wrong with my order?

If your cards arrive damaged, defective, or different from the order you approved, email us and we’ll work with you on a fix, such as a redesign or replacement. Can I change where the card points later?
No. Cards ship locked (read-only), so the link can't be erased or overwritten, and the card keeps working for years. If your link changes later, order new cards.
Does the card need charging?
No. The NFC chip is powered by the phone when tapped.
Can I order multiple card types?
Yes. Each batch has its own purpose and design. After you add your first batch, open your cart and choose “Add another batch.”
